Artist Cristiam Ramos from Florida has created this amazing life-size motorcycle sculpture using 20,000 pieces of candy!!
Ramos has always enjoyed using untraditional material to create his art, stating; “I love and feel inspired to create different things with new materials.” Ramos’ candy motorcycle is incredibly detailed and looks just like the real thing – a sweet ride no doubt!
He said that the idea of using sweets and candy to create his masterpieces came to him a few years ago when he witnessed a dad handing a sweet to his son in the park to ease his pain. Seeing this interchange between a father and a son, made him realize just how happy candy can make people, so he decided to use it as an artistic material.
His “eye candy” portraits of celebrities like Beyonce, Michael Jackson and Marilyn Monroe were incredibly popular and he has had exhibitions in numerous galleries around the world.
