Geese have a reputation for being nasty birds, they are aggressive and attack without fear. This particular goose was on a killing spree and attacked everything that passed by, including this poor unfortunate gentleman.

I have had a few close encounters with geese and the secret is not to turn your back on them which is exactly what this poor guy ended up doing. It’s a good job he had a newspaper to defend himself otherwise it would have been a slaughter.
Believe it or not there are many people who choose geese over dogs to protect their properties, only problem is the geese tend to attack the owners as well as the intruders.
